- Quoted per cottage per night unless otherwise stated

DEPOSIT
- A 50% deposit will be required on confirmation of booking.
- Balance of payment is required upon arrival.
- Full credit card details should be provided as security or a direct tranfer should be made into our bank account, details of which will be provided.
CANCELLATION POLICIY
- Pre-payments are not refundable under any circumstances if the cancellation occurs within 21 days prior to the arrival date.
- We reserve the right to retain the pre-payment as a cancellation fee, should we be unable to re-sell the room. In the event of a no-show or premature departure, we will be obligated to charge for the full extent of the pre-booked stay.
- A 25% administration fee will be deducted under all circumstances after confirmation of booking.
