Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Quoted per cottage per night unless otherwise stated
• Bed and Breakfast
• Self Catering
• Quoted in ZAR (South African Rand)
• DAY VISITORS: charged @ R250 per person per day for each guest visiting daily using guest house facilities

Deposit

• A 50% deposit will be required on confirmation of booking.
• Balance of payment is required upon arrival.
• Full credit card details should be provided as security or a direct tranfer should be made into our bank account, details of which will be provided.

Cancellation Policy

• Pre-payments are not refundable under any circumstances if the cancellation occurs within 21 days prior to the arrival date.
• We reserve the right to retain the pre-payment as a cancellation fee, should we be unable to re-sell the room. In the event of a no-show or premature departure, we will be obligated to charge for the full extent of the pre-booked stay.
• A 25% administration fee will be deducted under all circumstances after confirmation of booking
